Born and raised on the east side of Maui, Anna traveled to the east coast to attend university and obtained a degree in marine science. She then returned home and has worked on the water since 2007 as crew and captain for power catamarans and as an underwater photographer for a humpback whale research group. Most of her time has been spent off the coast of Maui, but she has also worked in Washington, Florida, and the south Pacific. In her free time, Anna loves to cook, surf, dive, and spend time with her family and friends in Hana.
Zander fell in love with the wind and ocean in Washington but has found that Maui offers a lot more of everything he loves. A kiteboarder, PADI divemaster, and humpback whale fanatic, he got the opportunity of a lifetime in 2019 when he sailed over 8,000 nautical miles from the coast of Mexico to Australia. Zander’s sail brought him to 7 different countries and countless islands.
Zander will soon be taking some turns at the helm as he is soon to be our newest captain!
Rich was born in the UK son of a farmer. At age 7 he learned to sail dinghies and started surfing. His exploration of the wind and water continued and flourished as Rich became a professional kite surfer winning world championships before he returned to sailing in 2012. He spent several years sailing yachts up and down the East Coast of Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, the west coast of Central America, and across the North Pacific. Sailing, adventure, and exploration are part of his soul.
